ENGINEERING MANAGER
Description
• Responsible for installing a sustainable maintenance program for the plant sites and equipment
• Liaise with senior management on the establishment and attainment of budgets, schedules and overall target objectives.
• Assist in the commissioning of new plant and equipment and assist in the decommissioning and disposal of unutilized plant and equipment according to established procedures.
• Assist with the trialing of equipment where required. Identify and recommend continuous improvement projects that have financial benefits for both Dyno Nobel and our customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years experience in the same position
- Understanding of all plant equipment including processing and packaging equipment, operations and applications.
- Strong knowledge in plant electrical system, production equipment maintenance system, project management, and utility. Experience in implementing TPM, Continuous Improvement is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
