UTILITY MANAGER
Description
• Conduct regular coaching for all employee personnel in the Power Plant & Utility department
• Analyzes planning, systems, HR mismatches and makes corrective, corrective, and preventive actions in the Power Plant & Utility department
• Monitor inventory in the Power Plant & Utility department
• Identify data analysis and inform the General Manager or the Board of Directors
• Making reports on the achievement of quality objectives, quality plans, process standards, and related work instructions
• Organize and direct employees according to existing procedures
• Able to calculate energy consumption (electricity, water, etc.) so that it is more efficient
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical background.
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related.
- Work experience in an FMCG company is preferred
- Acknowledge about HACCP, GMP, Halal, & ISO
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
- Having a good leadership
- Having highly technical and strategy of operational excellence
- Having expertise of local environment regulation
- Willing to be placed in Probolinggo
