Job Responsibility :
- Responsible of store sales, operational and generating reports on a daily/monthly/yearly basis for business purposes
- Monitoring and controling the efficiency of stores operation day-to-day; including sales performance and strategy, inventory management, customer service
- Maintaining relationship, communicating and negotiating related partners/vendors
- Implementing changes and improvement required by the management
- Give comprehensive feedback on buying
- Ensure SOP compliance of all stores and by each staff

Requirements :
- Min. 5 years working experience in retail, preferably in fashion industry
- Having compliance personality and attention to details is needed.
- Coaching ability at all levels, training facilitations, team and individual development expertise within the retail landscape, ideally within a fast-paced and client-centric.
- Results driven approach to all areas and take the initiative to identify and act on opportunities to improve and drive the training strategy for the business.
- Ability in providing effective and constructive feedback to drive behavioral change where needed.
- Experience within a high profile luxury retail brand is strongly preferred.
