Job Description :
Manage all support teams (FLT / promotion workforce), ensure the achievement of team performance / KPIs, according to brand / product strategy
Together with the Sales team in the area proposed determining the focus area and the need for manpower.
Execute & control consumer activation implementation activities in the area
Conducting coaching, training on the fieldforce under it.
Reporting and evaluating the effectiveness of the FLT team's work and coordinating with the sales team in the area for follow-up.
