Do Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Repair Maintenance (RM) for Air Conditioners, Cooling Towers, Chiller, Ventilation System, Control operation and maintenance of ventilation, elevator and automatic doors. Continue to learn and improve professional experience. Establish a safety culture in the work area.
Responsibilities and Duties
Regularly to do Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Repair Maintenance (RM) systems for :
Air Conditioners (AC), cooling towers, and chiller to maintain facility condition
Ventilator and elevator.
Check the operation of elevators (maintenance and repair of elevators by external contractors) to maintain condition of the facillity
Found and solve the problem in AC, cooling towers, and chiller to minimize the facillity down time
Found and solve the problem in ventilator and elevator to minimize the facillity down time
Report any problems and all spare parts need to the Section Leader, so the leader can follow up the case quickly
Support and audit construction projects regarding to CDA (Compressed Air Measurements) systems to ensure the result of the project can be done correctly
Cooperate with related work items of Utility Management (UM) unit to support the progress of the job and can be done faster
Coordinate support to handle issues of the Utility Management Department
Support for switching ACB in low voltage station in case of blackout
Maintain live equipment of the system to ensure continuous operation of the equipment
Follow Company Program:
Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.
Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH programs, energy, quality and environment to participate and improve the company management system.
